Don't bother with PC version September 9, 2010 E. Hope Full of bugs and virtually unplayable, yet as frustratingly addictive as previous lego games. One of these days, one of these games will play without bugs/crashes etc.
crash, restart, crash, restart, crash.... August 22, 2010 D. May (Leicester, Leicestershire United Kingdom) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Don't buy. Simple. Lots of bugs that cause the game to crash to the desktop. In two places in Year 2 the game exits to the desktop and this crash bug is repeatable. My sound and music disappeared once, the "true wizard" stud indicator disappeared once also, loading times are extraordinarily long...the game is broken and seriously needs patching. I've had the game over 30 days so I can't send it back to Amazon but have uninstalled it will sell it to gullible idiot. I only got as far as mid way through year 2 and can't finish it because the crash bugs occur in the main story.
My system more than meets the requirements - 3.2Ghz Intel i7 965 extreme, 6Gb RAM, Radeon HD 4870X2 graphics card.
Brilliant game and best Lego game so far - shame about the bugs August 17, 2010 Matthew 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
As the title suggests I've played all the lego games and was really looking forward to this one. I've finished it to the end and completed it 100% well worth playing. However the game has so major bugs such as not even being able to start if your sounds over 48000Hz. Luckily I didn't have that problem however like most people I got cought at the sneezing statues glitch which I finally managed to get past by changing some settings in the options menu and in the actual files of the game. I contacted telltale games and they blamed it on the computers manufacturer (of cource it wasn't Acers fault). To sum up I would only reccounmend geting this game if your a computer wiz and can change game settings and files.
Great game except for the major bugs.
A must for any Harry Potter fan or Lego fan August 14, 2010 Ikedo Another great title from the lego series.
Harry Potter Episodes 1-4 is extremly addictive and very entertaining. The puzzles are fun to figure out and the gameplay is outstanding
Like with all Lego games you get to explore your enviroment and can find many fun little additions just to add to the interest
I would highly recommend this game to friends and family of all ages
Another great Lego game August 8, 2010 Bookworm My kids (13 and 11) both love this game. The Lego franchise really hits the spot, they are fun and also funny.
