I bought this game thinking it would be really good. In other tycoon esq games you can pick the jobs you want to do, decide how much you want to charge, and build an empire. In this game, they are levels or missions that you must complete to get to the next.
I had hoped that the missions would get better, but after "the unexpected error" messages and frequent crashes, when it finally held together long enough for me to see the next levels, I wasn't impressed.
The graphics are poor so dont be fooled by the display case illustrations, as far as I can tell they do NOT feature in actual game play.
It's a shame; its a really good idea that in my opinion just didn't come to fruition. If the graphics weren't so tiny (even when zoomed all the way in) and there was a bit more freedom with the game, say; design and build an extension to a house with certain must-have specs, it would be great, but basically you clear the land by instructing a man to cut down trees, level the land my instructing a tractor to drive over it and then build your assignment by instructing your man to build. TA DA mission accomplished, but alas, with no real game play.
You really should save your money and buy something else and for all those who still want to buy it, I have a copy you can have that's hardly played with, at a real CHEAP price!!!!!
